Welcome to Structure — a completely private, boutique chiropractic studio in South Carlsbad. Every appointment is one-on-one with me, Dr. Jason Valdez. No double booking, no rushing you out the door. First visits are 90 minutes. Follow-up visits are 60, 90 or 120 minutes. My work combines precise chiropractic adjustments, hands-on soft tissue work, and strength and rehab exercises built around what your body actually needs. After your first visit, you’ll receive a personalized movement protocol with custom video instruction built specifically for you. We do not accept insurance. Insurance-based clinics run on volume — high overhead, heavy claim loads, five-minute appointments, revolving door. That’s not how I work. We accept all major credit cards. Cancellation Policy: Your appointment time is held exclusively for you. Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged at 100%. Dr. Jason Valdez

I grew up in South Texas, where my dad had a gym and I was in it from the time I could walk. I served in the U.S. Army in Hawaii, earned physical fitness medals, and deployed to Haiti as part of Operation Uphold Democracy. After the Army I kept building — nutrition, athletic training, massage, pre and post rehabilitation, endurance running, and eventually chiropractic school. At Structure, all of that comes into every session. I hold a Doctorate in Chiropractic from Texas Chiropractic College, along with degrees in Psychology, Philosophy, and Biology, plus certifications in Massage and Personal Training. When I’m not at the clinic I’m probably training for the next Hyrox or Deka competition, or adding to my comic book collection and superhero helmet stash. Yes, really!
